New Shipping Rates for the Entire World

April 4, 2016 | Announcements

On January 17th, 2016, the USPS raised their prices on a variety of services, some of which we use to ship packages. While we're bummed about having to increase our shipping prices, we've had nothing but positive experiences with the USPS throughout our entire life cycle, and will continue to use them into the future.

US ORDERS: For most domestic packages, the price has barely changed per package, and we've kept our $10 maximum price for any packages over 4LBs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Unfortunately, these were raised across the board, adding to an already expensive process. HOWEVER! We are pleased to say that the weights for each price break are now larger margins, meaning once you've hit a certain tier, it won't cost anything more until you hit the next weight limit.

EXAMPLE: If you're shipping 3 items to Mexico that total 15 oz, that's $21 to ship. But you can add up to 16 oz more for no increase in shipping. That's awesome!

In an effort for complete transparency, we've added a section that informs the user of the shipping weight for each item, as well as a "Cart Weight" measurement on the checkout page. If you want more stuff but don't want to pay extra for shipping, keep adding stuff until you hit the next tier!
