Digital terms and conditions for purchasing from us
The Fine Print
By purchasing & completing a transaction through our storefront, you agree to the terms listed below.
1. Media Mail packages in the Continental United States have a transit time of between 1-3 weeks on average. Orders for the rest of North America, as well as all other International packages, vary in transit time from 3-8 weeks depending on the respective country's customs process. We are not responsible for any variance in these estimated time-frames due to postal delays.
2. We go out of our way to package our shipments with extra padding and sturdy boxes. Though rare, sometimes damage can occur in shipment. We are not responsible for any damage which is incurred in the shipping process, and replacement copies will not be granted for issues like bent corners, seam splits, etc. Insurance can be requested as an additional charge if desired.
3. By creating an account with or purchasing from the Pharmacy, you consent to us adding your email address to our mailing list, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
4. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders for any reason.
5. For items that are limited/special editions, a strict 1 copy per variant per person limit will be enforced.
6. Any orders/packages returned to us by the Post Office, FOR ANY REASON, will not be refunded the shipping cost or additional shipping fees incurred. This includes wrong addresses, inability to deliver, not picking up from your local branch, international customs troubles, etc. If we are not alerted to a missing package within a week or two of it's estimated delivery date, there is a possibility it will be sent to Dead Mail and thrown away forever. In this case, your order will NOT BE REFUNDED. It is your responsibility to keep tabs on your package location, estimated delivery date, and delivery instructions provided by your postal carrier.
Order Confirmation
After successfully placing an order with us, you should receive a confirmation email receipt from our shop with an order number and complete order details.
Tracking Numbers
All orders in the domestic United States include tracking. When your order has been packaged and prepared for shipment, you will receive a new email with the tracking number for your order.

Sold Out Releases
Regarding Sold Out Releases: Though we have run out of copies for sale, there may still be a few available at both TD's CD's & LP's or Landlocked Music, as well as on the Discogs Marketplace from individual users. Contact them to discuss further if interested.
We greatly encourage you to support a record store and purchase from them for the cheapest price. If your local store doesn't carry our releases, please ask them to!
